Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AutoLab Englewood Auto Repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Provided

AutoLab Englewood provides comprehensive automotive repair and maintenance services including diagnostics, engine repair, brake service, transmission work, oil changes, preventative maintenance, and related automotive services. All services are performed by ASE-certified technicians using industry-standard practices and quality parts.

Service Authorization

By authorizing repair work, you agree that:

You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have proper authority to authorize repairs.

You have received and approved a written estimate for all services before work commences.

We will contact you for approval before performing any additional repairs beyond the original estimate.

You understand that diagnostic fees may apply to identify vehicle issues.

Warranty Coverage

AutoLab provides a 3-year or 36,000-mile warranty on all parts and labor, whichever comes first. This warranty covers:

Defects in workmanship performed by our technicians

Failure of parts installed during the repair

Replacement or repair of covered components at no additional cost

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear items such as brake pads, wiper blades, and filters

Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or neglect

Repairs performed by other shops after our service

Vehicles used for commercial racing or off-road purposes

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Returned checks will incur a fee as permitted by Colorado law. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection action and may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

Vehicle Storage and Lien Rights

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you when your vehicle is ready. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of completion, storage fees may apply. We reserve the right to place a mechanic's lien on vehicles with unpaid balances as permitted by Colorado law. Abandoned vehicles may be disposed of in accordance with state regulations.

Limitation of Liability

AutoLab's liability is limited to the cost of the repairs performed. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of vehicle use, towing costs, rental car expenses, or lost wages unless caused by our gross negligence. We are not liable for damage to vehicles caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or normal wear and tear discovered during repairs.

Parts and Materials

We use quality OEM or equivalent aftermarket parts unless you specifically request otherwise. All replacement parts become the property of AutoLab unless you request their return at the time of service authorization. Used or remanufactured parts may be installed with your approval and carry manufacturer warranties as applicable.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about vehicle symptoms and history

Removing personal belongings from vehicles before service

Following recommended maintenance schedules to maintain warranty coverage

Promptly picking up vehicles when service is complete

Appointment Cancellations

We request 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future appointments.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably. Any legal disputes will be resolved under Colorado law in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
